The Tate is displaying rarely seen work by Jenny Holzer, and it’s free to the public

I thought I recognised this, I saw one of my design friends post about this on his Instagram story. Each row moves upwards in a constant loop like you would see high up in a neon light based street. I would love to see something like this in person as a art installation, it's hypnosiing.
